PIZZA LUNCH
Our last Pizza Lunch for this school year is going to be on Wednesday June 1st. Extra slices will be available for $2.00 but unless you know you placed your order in advance it’s always best to bring a lunch as well, just in case supply of extra slices doesn’t quite meet demand.
A special THANK YOU at this time to all the parents who have worked so hard all year long to provide our monthly pizza lunches. All the money raised through pizza lunches goes to support the Scientists in Schools programs that happen in every classroom throughout the year.

EQAO for GRADE 3 and GRADE 6 STUDENTS
All of our Grade 3 and Grade 6 students will be writing the provincial EQAO assessment on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings next week. It’s very important that all Grade 3 and Grade 6 students are ON TIME those three days. The assessment will start promptly at 9:00am every morning – we don’t even have announcements those three mornings in order to allow EQAO to start on time.

LOST AND FOUND
The collection in our Lost and Found is really starting to get big – so please make sure you are checking Lost and Found regularly and taking home items that belong to you. All items in Lost and Found at the end of the school year will be donated to charity so it’s really important that items make it to their proper home before then.

2 Weeks Until Picnic for the Arts!

“Children learn how to make eye contact, how to give and receive words, how to listen and take turns, how to empathize, how to take risks, how to react in the moment and how to persevere. Yes, this really is what they learn through games, role play and movement.” – Huron Grade 1/2 Teacher

Huron’s Picnic for the Arts is only 2 weeks away!
