Hello Huron, this message is from our Grade 5/6 Ambassadors who are organizing our upcoming Spirit Day:

On Wednesday February 13 Huron will be having a pyjama day. We will be selling chocolate  milk and cookies for one dollar each. Remember to wear your pyjamas and show your school spirit!! Feel free to to bring a stuffed toy such as a teddy bear.

All proceeds from the money raised will be going to families in our local shelters.

Principal Jim Stathopoulos has received one of the Canada’s Outstanding Principal awards for 2013, awarded by The Learning Partnership.  Jim was nominated by Beth Butcher, our school Superintendent.  The link below has more details on the award and all the recipients.
