RSVP Form for David Dunlap Observatory Visit

Please fill out this form to help us plan for a visit to the David Dunlap Observatory on Thursday, April 19 from 7 to 9 pm. We are limited to a total of 50 participants aged 7 or older. (Kids under the age of 7 are not allowed in the observatory dome.)

    We will try to coordinate the transportation plan. Please let us know if your party needs transportation or if you can provide a ride for others.
